How long does encapsulation take?
Most homes are finished in three to five days. Larger spaces, or ones needing structural work first, may run a little longer — we'll tell you the honest number before we start.
Do I need to be home?
Only for the Blessing Check itself, so we can walk you through what we found. After that, an access point is all we need.
What does it cost?
It depends on square footage and what we find down there. Most full encapsulations land between $6,000 and $15,000. The Blessing Check is free and comes with a written figure — not a range, a number.
Is the warranty really transferable?
Yes. Twenty-five years, registered to the home rather than to you. It moves to the next owner at no cost, and buyers tend to like seeing it.
